I've been seeing a lot of "upgrades & downgrades" articles this week, so I thought I'd pull together the best of the best to share here.  It's a little insight on what happened in fantasy football in week 10, and a preview of week 11.

UPGRADES:

Former USC (South Carolina) running back Cory Boyd stands to pick up some carries in the Denver backfield if Ryan Torain's injury prognosis holds this weekend.

As we venture into week 10 of the NFL season, there are a couple of Rookie Running Backs (RBs) looking run wild, like 3 of their counterparts.

We've already seen Chris Johnson (TEN), Matt Forte (CHI) and Steve Slaton (HOU) take over starting/significant roles for their offenses.
