NCAA Week 13 Rankings (2008)
And now it's time for the updated NCAA Football Rankings for Week 13 (2008).
This week's game of the century came and went, leaving Texas Tech in the dust. They got an 'olde fashioned butt-kicking from Oklahoma, and fell down to 7th in the BCS. But, the maddness continues in the Big 12 South, as Oklahoma, who lost to Texas, ranks higher than the Longhorns in the AP and USA Today polls, but trails slightly in the BCS. This week's game will be a big one for the Sooners, as they hope to sneak by Texas in the BCS.

BCS Here to Stay until 2014 as Fox Wins TV Rights
NCAA football playoff advocates will not be happy with the news that ESPN has been awarded the TV rights to the BCS games from 2011-2014.
ESPN outbid all other TV networks, including Fox --the current home of BCS games through 2010, for the rights to air the Fiesta, Sugar and Orange bowls. The Rose Bowl is currently under contract w/ ESPN affilated ABC through 2010.
This represents the first time the BCS bowl games will only be available via cable subscription.

Not much change at the top of the polls, as most highly ranked teams managed to win this week. Alabama and Texas Tech continue to lead in the polls, however they also are continuously NOT picked to square off in the National Championship game, as Florida and Oklahoma often get the prediciton for this honor.

USA Today Ranks Top 10 College Stadiums
A recent USA Today article listed their top 10 places to "stand and cheer college football." It doesn't appear that it's a list of top places to watch college football, or even a list of the toughest places to play, but staying true to their title, it's a list of places you'd want to visit, catch a game, and see some good college football (that is if the teams representing this list were good, and some of them are not right now!)
Here's their List:
